Return Policy

At Falcon Moose, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

Returns Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Worn, damaged, or altered products
    • Items bought during sale or clearance events (unless defective)
    • Custom or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@falconmoose.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if defective).
  2. Our team will verify and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Once approved, you’ll be asked to securely pack and ship the product to our return address.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or to your UPI/bank account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order separately.
